ABSTRACT
Information technology facilitates knowledge transfer process in organizations, while incentives provide sufficient motivation for workers to share knowledge. We explore how information technology and incentives together affect knowledge sharing and learning. Our research provides guidelines for matching investments in information technology with appropriate incentives.
