Developing New Boundaries between Work and Family for the Information Age

ABSTRACT
As information technology continues to change how we work, boundaries between work and family are increasingly becoming blurred. It is therefore necessary to reexamine the types of boundaries between work and home and to create new boundaries that can't be so easily penetrated by the electronic communications of today's information rich world.
