Second Generation Gender Bias - An Invisible Issue

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to examine the social institution of gender and how its role has evolved in the workplace over the last forty years. Findings conclude that a second generation of gender discrimination does exist. This second generation discrimination translates into invisible bias against women in the workplace.
