| The paper proposes that greater use of Organization Development (OD) practices can be infused into Six Sigma practice to enhance its effectiveness. As an introductory proposal, the paper shows how tools from the field of Organization Development complement Six Sigma. By incorporating OD tools the author proposes that they can enhance the "human side" of Six Sigma practice. Six Sigma projects could therefore result in greater effectiveness. |
