Competition Strategies in Enterprises and Providing Sustainable Competition

ABSTRACT
With the recent developments in economy and technology, competition has accelerated in companies. Companies have to keep up with competition and gain a competitive advantage in order to be in a superior position. However, it is not sufficient for compnaies to be in a superior position, they also have to provide a sustainable competition and develop strategies for this purpose. This study provides strategies for sustainable competition and discusses their application in a company to show how compnaies can increase their competitiveness by defining which priorities are needed. Thus, we will first describe the formation process of competitive strategies and then describe what these strategies are. Furthermore, we will explain the properties of highly competitive companies by addressing the key issues in order to increase their competitiveness and discuss the reports of a company in Turkey as they relate to this study .
