SAS Institute is also involved with this project by providing technical support. The MOOC is set to launch on March 17thth. EdX's open-source platform has a number of features that enable unique teaching strategies, like integrated discussion forums with voting capabilities and built-in peer assessment. In this presentation, the panelists will discuss the promises of MOOCs, their experiences with developing a MOOC and with the edX platform and the potential this technology has for future classes across the curriculum. | |
