Session focuses on the translation of analysis procedures to improving decision making in applied situations and will specifically address: whether models with higher R-square lead to decisions that yield higher profits; .using confidence intervals to develop and assess critical thinking skills; and using unstructured data to improve model accuracy for predicting the onset of congestive heart failure.
